Two Truths and a Lie Scorer
Type three statements and secretly mark the lie, let the group tap to vote which one they think is false, then reveal and score. Tracks points across turns, works offline.

How to play
- Enter the current teller's name and their three statements, then mark which one is actually the lie.
- Tap Start Voting and pass the screen around — everyone taps the card they think is false, and vote counts update live.
- Tap Reveal the Lie once voting settles; the true and false cards flip to show the answer and points are awarded automatically.
- Tap Next Turn to hand the screen to the next player and repeat, building a running leaderboard and turn history.
Two Truths and a Lie only needs a phone screen and a little nerve, but keeping score by memory gets messy fast once everyone's had a turn. This scorer handles the bookkeeping: whoever's turn it is types three statements and privately marks which one is false, then hands the screen around while the group taps the card they think is the lie. Nothing about which card is the lie shows on screen until the teller hits reveal, so the mechanic stays fair even mid-vote. After the reveal, points land automatically — the teller banks a bonus point if nobody catches the lie, and the tool keeps a running leaderboard plus a turn-by-turn history so you can see who's been the best liar all night.
Frequently asked questions
- How does the tool decide who gets points?
- The teller earns a point only when nobody in the group votes for their lie — a classic 'stumped everyone' bonus. Guessers themselves aren't scored individually since votes are cast as an anonymous group tap, but the reveal screen shows exactly how many people found the lie.
- Can the group see which statement is the lie before the reveal?
- No. The lie is only tracked in the app's memory once the teller marks it during setup — nothing in the voting screen's layout, styling, or markup indicates which card is false until you tap Reveal the Lie.
- Can I redo a vote if someone taps the wrong card by mistake?
- Yes, tap Reset Votes any time before revealing to clear all current tallies back to zero and let the group vote again, without losing the statements you already typed in.
