How to play
- Pick your categories, set the round length and pass limit, and check which team is up — it's highlighted on the scoreboard.
- Tap Start round, then hand the phone to the actor on the active team.
- The actor taps the word to reveal it, then acts it out for their team.
- Tap Got it to add a point to the active team and draw the next word, or Pass to skip; when time runs out, the turn rotates to the next team automatically.
Choose which categories are in play — movies, animals, or actions — set how long each round lasts and how many passes a team gets, then hand the phone to the actor. The tool tracks whose turn it is: the active team is highlighted on the scoreboard, and every tap of Got it adds a point to that team automatically before dealing the next word. When the clock runs out, the turn rotates to the next team on its own. The deck reshuffles itself so nothing repeats until every word has been used, and it all runs in your browser with no login and no data sent anywhere — perfect for parties with spotty wifi.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to keep score myself?
- No. Each Got it automatically adds one point to the team whose turn it is. The +1 and −1 buttons on the scoreboard stay available if you ever need to correct a score by hand.
- How does the tool know whose turn it is?
- It rotates automatically: when a round's timer ends, the turn passes to the next team, and the active team is highlighted on the scoreboard and named on the Start button.
- What happens when passes run out?
- Once a team uses all their allowed passes for the round, the Pass button disables and they have to keep guessing or let the clock run out.
