How to play

  1. Name both teams, set the round length in minutes, and choose how many flag captures it takes to win the game.
  2. Tap Start Round to begin the countdown ring; use Pause or Reset Timer between rounds as needed.
  3. Tap Flag Captured for the scoring team the instant it happens, and use the Jailbreak buttons to announce a breakout without touching the score.
  4. Watch the two-team totals update live in the score pad; the game ends automatically with a confetti winner banner once a team reaches the target flag count.

Capture the Flag runs smoother when someone isn't stuck shouting the time remaining or losing track of whose flag got grabbed. This tool puts a big countdown ring on screen for each round, plus one-tap buttons to log a flag capture or announce a jailbreak the moment it happens, so the whole field can glance over and know the state of play. Set your round length and how many flags it takes to win the game before you start, and the tool handles the rest: pause and resume the clock between rounds, watch the two-team score update instantly on capture, and get an automatic winner announcement with sound and confetti once a team reaches the target. A running event log keeps every capture and jailbreak call visible for settling disputes.

Frequently asked questions

Does calling a jailbreak affect the score?
No. Jailbreak buttons only add an announcement to the event log so everyone can see who broke a teammate out — they never change either team's flag count. Only the Flag Captured buttons affect score.
What happens when a round's timer runs out?
The countdown ring reaches zero, an alarm sound plays, and the status line prompts you to blow the whistle and start the next round. The timer is independent of scoring, so you can keep playing multiple timed rounds until a team reaches the target flag count.
Can I undo a flag capture if it was logged by mistake?
Yes. Undo Last Event removes the most recent capture or jailbreak from the log, and if it was a capture, it correctly subtracts that point back off the scoring team's total.
