Picture Reveal Quiz
Load a local photo or pick a built-in picture, hide it behind cover tiles, and clear them one at a time. Fewer tiles cleared before someone guesses means more points. Works offline.

How to play
- Choose a built-in picture from the grid, or switch to Use a local photo and pick an image from your device.
- Pick a grid size — smaller grids reveal faster, larger grids hide the picture longer.
- Tap Start Reveal, then clear tiles with a tap or Clear a Random Tile while players guess; the points counter drops as more tiles clear.
- Tap Reveal Everything once someone guesses correctly, or New Round to shuffle a fresh picture.
Load any photo straight from your own device, or skip setup entirely with a built-in picture pulled from a grid of ready-made options — either way, nothing is ever uploaded or stored, so family photos stay private on that device. Choose a grid size, tap Start Reveal, and the picture disappears behind a shuffled wall of cover tiles. Every remaining tile is worth ten points, so clear a few with Clear a Random Tile and let players shout guesses as more of the picture shows through; the sooner someone calls it, the more points that guess is worth. Reveal Everything settles any round, and New Round shuffles a fresh grid for the next photo or picture.
Frequently asked questions
- Is my photo uploaded anywhere when I use a local file?
- No. The photo is read directly from your device with a local file picker and shown only in your own browser — it is never uploaded, transmitted, or saved by the tool.
- How are the points calculated as tiles clear?
- Every covered tile is worth ten points, so the point total shown is simply the number of tiles still hidden multiplied by ten — guessing earlier, with more tiles still covered, always scores higher.
- Do I need my own picture to play?
- No. A grid of built-in pictures is available with zero setup, so you can start a round immediately and only switch to a local photo if you want a personal or family picture instead.
