How to play
- Click starter agreements to add them, or type your own in the custom field.
- Use the up and down arrows next to each agreement to set the poster order.
- Pick a theme — Warm, Bold, or Paper — to match your space or printer.
- Click Build poster, then show it full screen or print it for the team.
A team's working agreements only help if people actually see them, and this tool turns a short list of norms into a poster worth putting on the wall or a shared screen. Click through a set of starter agreements grouped by communication, meetings, and focus and respect, or write your own from scratch, then use the up and down arrows to put them in the order that matters most to your team. Pick a theme — a warm teal, a bold high-contrast version, or a plain paper look built for the printer — and click Build poster to see a clean, numbered, oversized layout. Show it full screen during onboarding or a kickoff, or print it for the office wall. Nothing typed or selected here is uploaded or stored anywhere outside your own browser tab.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from the Class Promise Display tool?
- Class Promise Display is written for classrooms, with playful language and freehand typing aimed at teachers. This tool is the office version: it adds a categorized starter-agreement picker and manual reordering controls, and every label uses professional team-norms language instead of classroom-rule language.
- Can I reuse the same agreement from the starter list twice?
- No, once a starter agreement has been added it shows a checkmark and becomes unclickable in the starter list, preventing accidental duplicates; you can still add a similar custom agreement in your own words if needed.
- Does changing the order of agreements affect anything else on the poster?
- No, reordering only changes the numbering and position of each agreement in the list; the poster title, theme, and the wording of every agreement stay exactly as entered.
