How to play

  1. Type each exercise name and its sets, reps, and weight into a row.
  2. Watch the volume column and the session total update live as you fill in numbers.
  3. Click + Add exercise row for more exercises, or the × to remove a row.
  4. Toggle blank printable mode for an empty ruled sheet, then click Print sheet or Copy as text.

Tracking a lifting session on paper still works better for a lot of lifters, and this tool gets a clean sheet ready in seconds either way. Type an exercise name into each row along with sets, reps, and weight, and the volume for that row — and the running total for the whole session — updates instantly as you type; blank cells are simply treated as zero rather than flagged as errors, so a half-filled sheet never breaks. Add or remove rows freely for however many exercises the session needs. Toggle blank printable mode to print a ruled sheet with no values showing, ready to fill in with a pen at the gym, or leave it as-is to print the session you already logged. The page survives a reload without any account, since the in-progress log is saved right in the page's own URL. Nothing typed here is uploaded anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

How is the session volume calculated?
Each row's volume is sets multiplied by reps multiplied by weight, and the session total is the sum of every row's volume; the total recalculates instantly whenever any cell changes, and blank cells count as zero rather than causing an error.
What does blank printable mode do?
Turning it on hides the typed values only when you print, so the printed sheet shows the ruled grid and column headers with empty cells to fill in by hand at the gym; the on-screen values and your in-progress log are not affected.
Will I lose my log if I accidentally reload the page?
No, the in-progress log is saved into the page's own URL as you type, so reloading or reopening the same link restores your session name, date, and every row exactly as you left them without any account or storage permission.
