How to play

  1. Choose a format (AMRAP, EMOM or For Time), an equipment level, and a duration in minutes.
  2. Tap Generate WOD to draw a balanced set of moves and reps from the exercise bank, matched to your filters.
  3. Tap Lock on any move you want to keep, then Re-roll to redraw only the unlocked slots without changing your filters.
  4. Tap Launch as Timer to run the workout full-screen with the matching countdown (AMRAP window, EMOM intervals, or For Time cap), or Print to take the card with you.

WOD Generator builds a ready-to-run workout of the day in one tap. Choose your format — AMRAP for as many rounds as possible, EMOM for one move every minute on the minute, or For Time against a cap — set a duration and pick how much equipment you have on hand, from bodyweight-only to a full gym. The generator draws a balanced set of moves from a bank of 60-plus exercises, spreading the picks across push, pull, leg and core patterns so you never end up with three grinding leg moves back to back, and it never repeats a move within one workout. Like a move but not the rest of the set? Lock it and re-roll everything else without losing your filters. When the card looks right, launch it straight into a full-screen countdown or EMOM timer, or print the card to take to the gym floor.

Frequently asked questions

How does the equipment filter work?
Equipment levels are cumulative: 'None' only pulls bodyweight moves, 'Dumbbell' pulls bodyweight and dumbbell moves, and 'Full gym' opens the entire bank including barbell and machine work. A generated workout under a stricter filter will never include a move that needs equipment outside that level.
What stops the generator from giving me three leg exercises in a row?
Every move in the bank is tagged with a movement pattern — push, pull, legs or core — and the generator caps each pattern at two moves per workout, so you get a spread across your whole body instead of an accidental leg-only or push-only day.
If I lock a move and re-roll, does it change the reps too?
No — locking a move freezes both the exercise and its exact rep count exactly as generated. Only the unlocked slots redraw on a re-roll, and your format, equipment and duration filters stay exactly as you set them.
