EMOM Timer
Set your interval length and round count, then run a hands-free EMOM: a bell fires at the top of every interval so you always know when the next round starts. Works offline.

How to play
- Set your interval length in seconds — 60 for a classic EMOM, or longer for E2MOM/E3MOM.
- Set how many rounds (intervals) you want in the session.
- Tap Start to go full screen — a bell rings at the top of every interval automatically.
- Watch the round dots fill in and listen for the finish fanfare when the last round completes.
EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute: a bell rings, you do your work, and whatever time is left in that minute is your rest — no fixed split, just your pacing. Set the interval length (60 seconds by default, or stretch it to two or three minutes for E2MOM and E3MOM variants) and how many rounds you want, then tap Start. The screen fills with a huge countdown showing seconds into the current minute, round dots track your progress, and a genuinely loud bell fires at the top of every single interval so you never have to glance away from the bar. When the last round ends, a done fanfare and confetti mark the finish.
Frequently asked questions
- What does EMOM actually mean?
- EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. A bell marks the start of each interval, you complete your set work, and any time left over in that interval is your rest — the split between work and rest is up to you, not the timer.
- How is this different from the Tabata timer?
- The Interval/Tabata Timer enforces a fixed work-then-rest split inside every round (like 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off). EMOM is deliberately different: it only bells at the top of each equal-length interval and leaves pacing inside that interval entirely to you.
- Can I run E2MOM or E3MOM intervals?
- Yes. Change the interval length from 60 seconds to 120 or 180 seconds and the timer will bell at the top of every 2 or 3 minute round instead, with the same round-count and dot tracking.
