Team Quiz Scoreboard + Timer
Score columns for every team plus a shot-clock ring that counts down each question. Start the clock per turn, award points, or hit Steal to hand the question to another team when time runs out.

How to play
- Type each team's name (2 to 8 teams) and set seconds per question.
- Tap Start review to build the scoreboard and shot-clock ring.
- Tap Start clock to begin the countdown for the team currently on screen.
- Award points with the scoreboard's +1/-1 buttons, or tap Steal once time expires to pass the question.
Team Quiz Scoreboard + Timer is built for fast verbal review, not a Jeopardy-style board of hidden questions — it's a live scoreboard paired with a shot-clock ring so every turn moves at a set pace. Type in your teams, set seconds per question, and start the review: each team's turn shows on screen with a countdown ring that shrinks as time runs out. Award points with the scoreboard's plus and minus buttons at any point during a turn. If a team runs out of time before answering, the ring turns amber and a Steal button unlocks, letting the question pass to another team the moment the clock genuinely hits zero — it never unlocks early. Tap Next team's turn to rotate through the roster in order.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from the Quiz Show Board tool?
- Quiz Show Board is a Jeopardy-style grid of hidden categories and dollar-value questions. This tool is a plain scoreboard with a per-turn shot-clock ring for fast verbal review — there's no question board, just teams, points, and a countdown timer.
- When does the Steal button become available?
- Steal stays disabled until the shot-clock ring genuinely reaches zero on its own. It cannot be triggered early, so a team can't skip their own turn's time by hitting Steal prematurely.
- Can I change the seconds per question mid-review?
- Tap Edit teams to return to setup, where you can change the seconds-per-question value before starting review again. Scores reset when you rebuild the board.
