Station Rotation Timer
Set how many stations and how many minutes per round, then run a full-screen timer that chimes and shows a big rotate-now arrow so you never have to watch the clock.

How to play
- Enter the number of stations and how many minutes each one runs.
- Optionally set a rotate warning in seconds — a short heads-up window before each switch.
- Press Start to go full screen; the timer counts down and chimes automatically between stations.
- Use Pause if you need to freeze the clock, and Exit to return to the setup screen at any time.
Running lab stations or reading centers means splitting attention between teaching and clock-watching. This timer takes that job off your plate: pick a number of stations and minutes per round, and it counts down full screen with a short rotate-now warning before each switch. A soft chime and a big animated arrow tell the room it's time to move, so you can stay focused on the group in front of you instead of glancing at a stopwatch. Works entirely offline, with dots tracking progress across the whole rotation at a glance.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I use this without a rotate warning?
- Yes — set the rotate warning to 0 seconds and each station will run for its full time with no separate warning segment before the chime.
- Does the timer keep running if I switch tabs?
- The countdown is driven by the browser's animation clock, so it keeps accurate time as long as the tab stays open, even if it loses visible focus briefly.
- Will it work for very large classes with many stations?
- Yes, it supports up to 200 stations in a single rotation, and the progress dots and station counter scale automatically to match whatever number you enter.
