How to play

  1. Enter both team names, choose a race target (5, 7 or 10 goals), and set the win-by-2 and side-swap toggles, then tap Start Match.
  2. Tap anywhere in a team's zone to add one goal for that team — the score and leader crown update instantly.
  3. Watch for the swap prompt: it appears once the combined goal count reaches the halfway point, signaling it's time to switch ends.
  4. The match ends automatically at the target score (or once a 2-goal margin appears if win-by-2 is on); use Undo to fix a mis-tap or Rematch to replay with the same names and target.

Foosball games move fast, which makes them easy to lose track of mid-rally — this scoreboard turns each team's half of the table into one giant tap zone, so scoring a goal is a single tap without hunting for a plus button. Pick a race target of 5, 7 or 10 goals before you start, and choose whether to require a 2-goal winning margin so a close game can't end on a fluke bounce. A swap prompt appears automatically once the combined goal count hits the halfway mark, a reminder to switch ends of the table the way most house rules expect. Undo pulls back a mis-tapped goal instantly, and Rematch resets both scores to zero while keeping your team names and target in place.

Frequently asked questions

What does the win-by-2 toggle actually change?
With win-by-2 on, reaching the race target alone isn't enough to win if the score is only ahead by one goal — play continues until either team pulls 2 goals clear, even past the original target. With it off, the very first team to reach the target wins outright, regardless of the margin.
When does the side-swap prompt appear, and why?
It appears the instant the combined goal total from both teams first reaches half of the race target (rounded up) — for example at 3 total goals in a race to 5. Many foosball house rules call for switching ends of the table around the midpoint of a game to even out any lighting or angle advantage, so the prompt fires once and only at that moment.
What's the difference between Undo and Rematch?
Undo reverses only the single most recent goal, restoring the exact prior score, which is meant for fixing an accidental tap. Rematch resets both team scores to zero for a fresh game while keeping the same team names and race target, so you don't have to re-enter your setup between games.
