Round-Robin Speaker Order
Shuffle a fair speaker or facilitator rotation once, then advance it meeting after meeting. The rotation saves into the page link, so Copy Save Link resumes next week exactly where you left off.

How to play
- Type your roster of speakers or facilitators, one per line, then tap Shuffle & Start Rotation to lock in a fair starting order.
- The big top card shows who's facilitating now and who's up next; tap Advance to Next Meeting to hand off when the meeting ends.
- If someone can't make a meeting, tap Mark Absent — the rotation skips their turn but keeps their exact slot for when they return.
- Tap Copy Save Link before you close the tab; reopening that link next meeting restores the rotation exactly where you left off, or use Print Rotation for a paper copy.
Round-Robin Speaker Order builds a fair facilitator or speaker rotation for a recurring meeting and keeps it going week after week. Type your roster once and the tool shuffles it into a starting order — after that it never reshuffles again, so the sequence stays predictable and everyone can see who's coming up. A big highlighted card shows who's facilitating this meeting and who's up after them; tap Advance to Next Meeting when it's time to hand off, and the pointer moves forward, wrapping back to the start once everyone has had a turn. Mark someone Absent and the rotation quietly steps past them without losing their slot in line. The whole state — order, position, absences, and meeting count — lives in the page's own link, so tapping Copy Save Link gives you a URL that reopens next week's meeting exactly where this one left off.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from Turn Queue?
- Turn Queue is a general rotating-order tool for any repeated turn-taking. This tool is purpose-built for recurring meetings: it frames the rotation around facilitating/speaking, shows who's up after the current person, and adds a Print Rotation option for posting a printed schedule — while reusing Turn Queue's proven URL-fragment save-link pattern underneath.
- Does the rotation reshuffle every time I open the saved link?
- No. The roster is shuffled exactly once, when you first tap Shuffle & Start Rotation. After that the order is fixed and only the pointer moves, so the same save link always shows the same sequence — that's what makes it reliable week to week.
- What happens to someone I mark absent — do they lose their turn permanently?
- No. Absent people keep their exact position in the rotation order; the tool just skips over them when picking who's facilitating. Mark them present again and they slot right back into their original spot in the sequence.
